Implementation Plan to revitalize the city's downtown neighborhood. This is the first building to be constructed as part of Phase One of the Implementation Plan. We designed this 46,290-square-foot office building in a modern industrial vernacular to convey its importance as the anchor to the neighborhood. Brick piers and mullioned windows with large panes of glass form a contemporary update of industrial loft buildings. Developed by Dave Weaver of weIMPACT (who moved their headquarters here), and built by DJ Construction, the Riverbend Building is also home to the offices of Lake City Bank and a restaurant with a rooftop terrace.
