Claremont Terrance is an eight-story, 40,000 SF development comprising 42 apartments in the Concourse Village neighborhood of the Bronx. Our design relates to the building's immediate context both physically and visually in terms of height, materiality, and color, and seeks to be a visual bridge between the park, adjacent apartment buildings, and the Webster Avenue commercial corridor.
