This south- and west-facing, sunny penthouse studio in the West Village was renovated by Alex Gorlin into his personal pied-a-terre. He removed all extraneous details to the 700 SF space to take full advantage of the unobstructed views of Lower Manhattan and the Village. He collaborated with interior designer, Bachman Brown, to blend the private and public areas into a continuous large lounge area.
