This independent, co-ed K-12 school had outgrown the large townhouse on Manhattan's Upper West Side that it had operated out of for many years. We worked with the Head of School and her advisors to identify a new location for them, designing test fits for several potential locations which enabled the team to select 50,000 SF spanning five consecutive stories in an office building in Lower Manhattan. Our conversion of the former offices allowed The IDEAL School to customize the space to exactly fit its needs and expand its mission. The design and construction was completed on a ten-month expedited timeline so that students could start the academic new year in their new location.

"Their creativity has been truly inspiring. They have helped us every step of the way through construction and have been a tremendous asset to us throughout this process."
