We designed two speculative private residences on a waterfront lot in North Haven, a village within the town of Southampton, New York. The two homes relate aesthetically to one another and can be purchased together or separately.
Both houses are oriented on the site to take full advantage of water views, aided by extensive fenestration and open plan interior spaces. Each house has a patio with a pool at the ground level, with terraces on the second floor and roof.
