The Urban Land Institute's magazine, Urban Land, included El Borinquen Residence in a feature entitled "10 Small-Scale Infill Projects Add Density to Tight Sites." Author Ron Nyren cites our innovative use of a deep, relatively narrow lot to create 90 units of supportive and affordable housing on land that had previously been occupied by small retail stores.
