Authored by Karakusevic Carson Architects, Dual Cities examines how London and New York have approached social and affordable housing, comparing design strategies and policy frameworks across both cities. Through historic and contemporary case studies, the book highlights lessons learned and future directions for housing, with contributions from leading experts exploring design, policy, and delivery.
