We are very honored to be part of the team that received the NYSAFAH 2023 Downstate Residence of the Year Award for the El Borinquen Residence in the South Bronx. The awards ceremony took place on November 1, 2023, at The Yale Club, where Dr. Rosa Gil, CEO of Comunilife, the non-profit social services organization that developed the building, expressed her admiration for our ‘intentional’ design approach.
